The massive facility was outfitted with over a thousand motion-sensored, high-lumen LED high-bay fixtures programmed with daylight harvesting capabilities to dim automatically when natural light is sufficient. For climate control, instead of energy-heavy air conditioning, we installed a strategic array of massive High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) fans paired with automated ridge vents to create continuous, cooling air circulation throughout the cavernous space.

Additional Information
We were tasked with the full design and build of the lighting, power distribution, and industrial ventilation systems for a colossal 50,000 square meter, high-bay logistics and distribution center. The design needed to maximize energy efficiency while ensuring optimal visibility, safety, and comfort for hundreds of warehouse operators and forklift drivers.
