Profile
The installation encompassed surgical-grade copper piping for oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical compressed air, and strong vacuum systems, all rigorously tested for purity and pressure integrity. Alongside this, we installed a state-of-the-art 2MVA synchronized diesel generator system paired with an intelligent Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and clinical-grade Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to guarantee zero-millisecond power interruption to life-saving equipment.

Additional Information
This critical infrastructure project focused on the complete upgrading and expansion of the life-support medical gas pipeline networks and the emergency backup power generation systems for an active, highly trafficked hospital wing, including a newly added intensive care unit (ICU) and three surgical operating theaters.
Solution
We executed this critical milestone by establishing a temporary, localized manifold system with high-capacity gas cylinders directly inside the ICU to bypass the main line. The actual pipe cutting, brazing, and tie-in of the main network were rehearsed extensively and executed during a carefully coordinated, meticulously planned 15-minute maintenance window at 3:00 AM, utilizing HEPA-filtered containment tents to maintain absolute sterility.
Interesting Experience
The most nerve-wracking phase was the requirement to tie the newly installed medical gas lines directly into the hospital’s existing, active network. We had to perform this delicate integration without shutting down or jeopardizing the gas supply to the patients currently on ventilators in the adjacent cardiovascular intensive care unit.
TESTIMONIAL
“
“Undertaking major engineering works within a sterile healthcare environment requires an immense level of care, discipline, and understanding of clinical priorities. The engineering team maintained impeccable cleanliness, strict infection control protocols, and open communication throughout the project. Their execution ensured that our critical patient care was never compromised for a single second.”
