Luxury Villa (Villa Tropis Bali)

Profile
The comprehensive installation integrated dynamic architectural lighting, multi-zone variable refrigerant flow (VRF) climate control, biometric security, and premium audio-visual systems into a single, intuitive centralized touch-panel interface. Furthermore, we designed and installed a highly efficient, whisper-quiet inverter heat pump system capable of rapidly heating the massive 25-meter infinity pool while consuming minimal electricity.
Solution
We worked in tight, daily collaboration with the interior architects and master carpenters. We designed custom, ultra-slim linear slot diffusers that doubled as architectural shadow gaps along the ceiling edges. Furthermore, all equipment access panels were meticulously engineered to be completely invisible, seamlessly integrated into the custom teak wood wall paneling and natural stone finishes using magnetic push-to-open mechanisms.
Interesting Experience
The architect’s vision demanded absolutely clean ceilings and walls. The challenge was figuring out how to conceal kilometers of complex smart-home wiring, bulky VRF indoor AC units, massive return air grilles, and various mechanical access panels within the minimalist design without sacrificing proper airflow or accessibility for future maintenance.
TESTIMONIAL
“
“The technology in our home is incredibly advanced, yet the user experience is wonderfully intuitive. The climate control is completely silent, and the lighting scenes transform the mood of the villa instantly. What impresses me most is how invisible all this complex engineering is; it truly feels like a modern sanctuary where technology serves design perfectly.”
