The massive facility was outfitted with over a thousand motion-sensored, high-lumen LED high-bay fixtures programmed with daylight harvesting capabilities to dim automatically when natural light is sufficient. For climate control, instead of energy-heavy air conditioning, we installed a strategic array of massive High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) fans paired with automated ridge vents to create continuous, cooling air circulation throughout the cavernous space.

The installation encompassed surgical-grade copper piping for oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical compressed air, and strong vacuum systems, all rigorously tested for purity and pressure integrity. Alongside this, we installed a state-of-the-art 2MVA synchronized diesel generator system paired with an intelligent Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and clinical-grade Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to guarantee zero-millisecond power interruption to life-saving equipment.
