Our scope included the installation of kilometers of heavy-duty overhead cable trays, the setup of multiple dedicated step-down transformers (20kV to 380V), and the assembly of main low-voltage switchgears. Simultaneously, we engineered and welded a complex network of high-pressure, seamless stainless-steel pipes connected to dual rotary screw air compressors equipped with advanced desiccant air dryers.

The execution involved drilling and integrating deep-well submersible pumps, establishing a massive underground reservoir, and installing a multi-stage booster pump system with Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs) to ensure consistent water pressure across all 35 floors. Furthermore, we deployed a fully automated, addressable fire sprinkler system, complete with jockey pumps and seamless integration into the central fire alarm matrix.
